Ryanair baby equipment help please

You can bring 2 items of baby/child equipment for free, maximum weight 20kg the only problem is we think we have exceeded the weight limit by maybe 8kg

I can see you can pay for more equipment in advance it is £15 either way, but we haven't actually got another item we just have too much weight in the car seat

On our way to the airport now and stressing

I take it you’ve made it ok? I generally don’t take a car seat because often they aren’t legal in the country i am traveling to. Too late for you but it might have been cheaper to buy a cheap one when you arrived at your destination.
