I have book Haven caravan in Dorset for this May (working week - not on half-term holidays). I didn't book a pet friendly caravan as at that moment I wasn't going to take my puppy with me. But the situation has changed, and now I am trying to convert my booking to pet-friendly booking. It doesn't look like an easy task to contact Haven team. During my last holiday I waited in queue for 45 mins, only to be answered by a team member who doesn't have info regarding my booking specifically or reg the caravan park I booked, but her answers were very generic as we find in the FAQ section. Anybody have successfully converted their booking to pet-friendly one? If so, how did you manage to do that? Any advice/suggestions would be thankfully received.
