We have four full days in Makarska. What two trips where would you recommend? We have a car. Want to chill the rest of the time. May half term. Flying to Split. Thx

We went from there to Omis and did kayaking and the zip line. It's a beautiful area to visit we loved it

Seconding Omis for the zip, rafting and canyoning. There’s also a quiet little trip up the river from there where you end up at a river beach and there’s a cafe etc. Very chilled out and beautiful. We did that twice as it was a such a nice trip.

Maybe the boat to Brac too? We only stayed in Makarska for one night so I’m not sure what’s actually there. We went into Bosnia to Mostar but that might be a bit of a schlep.

Thank you! Was thinking an island trip will look at that. River trip sounds amazing. We did white water rafting in North Carolina last year up to class 4 rapids (!!!) so we have been well and truly christened in that department!
