Planning a week's child free holiday for a special anniversary and Santorini has always been on my bucket list so I'm so excited to plan this. Any recommendations for where we should be looking to stay for gorgeous sunset views, some local restaurants but without being too busy, any specific hotel recommendations that are not ridiculously expensive (let's say up to £4k absolutely max in the summer).
