Smaller beach hotel for families

I'm looking for a family holiday anywhere in Europe on a lovely beach. We don't like very big hotels and would like something family friendly and with a kids club. Can anyone recommend anywhere they like?

Scott Dunn kids clubs are amazing. They use some very nice properties around Europe.

Alykanas Beach Grand Hotel (the name makes it sound bigger than it actually is) and Makryammos Bungalows (a half board hotel despite the name!)

Villa Concha in Puerto Pollensa, Mallorca. It's a lovely medium sized hotel, very good for young families, a five minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach with a long gentle slope into the sea. It's a nice walk along the promenade into the main town, and there's a playground nearby. We found it perfect for us.

Can anyone recommend a good tour operator for packages to places like this? We can't travel very late at night with two young children so Jet2 isn't great for us.

Bella Mare with Simpson, only 34 rooms. Kids club is for primary age kids 5 to 11 if yours fit into that bracket.

I think Jet2 gives the option to change flights doesn’t it, but for extra cost?
