Hi,
I wondered if anyone had any advice regarding a change in hotel. We have booked for August and On The Beach confirmed, 4 weeks later an email has arrived to say we have a hotel switch.
Reviews are not great. I have replied and said no thank you and to find another alternative. Now the frustrating thing is that the website is still allowing you to book at the original resort on the same date!!!
Any ideas or help? Has anyone had problems with this company before? I'm so sad as this is the first holiday abroad for our son with disabilities 😞
