Anyone stayed in the Marina Parc Hotel in Menorca?

Just booked to go as a family of 4 (kids 6 and 3) and grandparents.

Looked great on the TUI website but lots of negative reviews on Tripadvisor!

Anyone been before and can shed any light?

We haven't stayed yet but are due to soon. We booked last year but since they reopened for this season the reviews have been quite negative, it's making us really worry!
