Long weekend with toddler

I realise this is quite the long shot but can anyone recommend somewhere that fits the following:

1. sunny
2. suitable for a nearly 2 year old
3. good food
4. balcony so that we can put toddler to bed and sit outside enjoying the weather
5. pool
6. preferably relatively easy to transfer from airport so we don’t have to take a car seat (e.g. train)

Nice and surrounds - you can get a bus/train/tram from the airport.

I travel lots with my little one who just turned two. I'd recommend Funchal, Maderia. I booked via Jet2 and stayed at Alto Lido. Lovely small all inclusive hotel with an indoor and outdoor pool and a 5-10 minute walk to the beach.
