Currently in the early stages of planning a road trip from the UK to the south of France. I haven’t done much research yet but my initial thoughts were to set off in the AM through the channel tunnel, stop off for a night or two perhaps in Paris or DLP, then another night stop somewhere mid France, and then onto the South, staying somewhere for 7ish nights with easy travel to Saint Tropez, Cannes, perhaps Nice and Monaco? Open to a villa or hotels or even a luxury cabin on a park (if they exist).
Has anybody done a similar trip and could recommend places to stay/stop offs?
Budget would be up to £600 per night - would rather spend a little more for luxury for sure.
We will be travelling with a 1.5 year old and would definitely go include places with activities for her.
Looking for accommodation with a pool for our final destination - not too fussed on a pool for the stop offs.
Any other advice for this trip would be great too ☺️.
