Expired passports

Help!

I'm trying to apply for new passports online. I have successfully done this for my son as he's never had a passport, however when trying to do it for myself and my daughter it asks if we have ever had a passports, answer is yes, but then online the process asks us for details of our old passports. They expired over 10 years ago and I don't remember keeping them. What do I need to do? Argghhhh.

Report them as lost get a reference number and apply for a lost passport.

If you don't have the old passports you report them as lost and then order replacement ones. You Will need a countersignature for the new passports if they are replacing lost passports
