We are thinking of going away to the Seychelles as a last minute holiday in May. I feel very nervous as we haven’t done long haul as a family before (kids are pre-teens) and I haven’t had a chance to spend weeks researching it as this window of time we can go in has opened up fairly unexpectedly!
From what I have managed to glean, it seems like May/June isn’t the rainy season, there is seaweed but not on the north side of Mahe, which is where we’re planning on staying and there can be a bit of a cooler wind (which I assume will be welcomed as it’s hot otherwise!).
Other than mosquitos, are there any factors that would make going in May silly/rash?
