Copenhagen - Three Days Solo

What's a must do? I'm getting a Copenhagen Card so particularly interested in museum recommendations, there's so much choice!

Definitely doing a canal tour. Tivoli is pretty much off my list, not much of a pull for me on my own. How is the climb up Our Saviours Church? The views look stunning but I'm not sure my legs can handle 400 stairs unless there's a chance for a break

Also interested in food recommendations, I have IBS so can't be too daring with spice but I'll be staying near Torvehallerne so sure that will provide plenty of options!

First time travelling solo in over 20 years so I'm a definite mix of excited and nervous.

I was there last summer and liked Rosenborg castle. For a good view of the city we went to the top of the roundtower.

There is an episode of "Travelman. 48 hours in..." which goes to copenhagen which you could watch for ideas and shows the roundtower.

There is loads to do in Copenhagen, but don't rule out Tivoli, it is not just a theme park, it has a magical feel about it, a wonderful food court and lots to see.

Oh I'm jealous OP!

Tivoli is beautiful, I would go on my own even if I wasn't into the whole theme park thing. Go in the evening and soak up the atmosphere.

I enjoyed the design museum. And a trip up to Louisiana Museum of Modern Art by Train. Set in lovely gardens, with a good cafe and a nice little collection of Giacometti, inter alia.

Now I'm reconsidering Tivoli!
