does anyone lnow any places to go with a 2 year old in/near oxford?

we are going tomorrow afternoon to collect someting i have bought and not coming back till sunday late afternoon. is there any where we can go with my dd?
we are in newark, nottinghamshire so miles away from home, so could do with something not ages away from oxford.thank you in advance!

Yes, the Bakin' Bun Cafe I think it's called, near Laser Quest in the market square, near the bus station. It's a soft play area, used to be called Wiz Kids.

ok, thank you. is the center very busy on a sunday? would it be nice just to walk around there for a while?

the shopping area is likely to be busy - but Christ Church meadows or canal towpath start off very centrally and you should have some room to manoeuvre. Or there's a big park - the Oxford University parks near the centre.

Car parking on the other hand is a nightmare. It is not like on tv when Morse manages to park right outside the shop he is about to go in. There is Pear Tree park n ride at the north and there is Redbridge to the east.
