Stansted Parking & Hotel

I'm travelling from Stansted Airport later in the year and need parking for a week and a hotel for the last night (we land in the early hours)

Any recommendations that won't break the bank? The places I have found include huge transfer fees/taxi fares, which is adding on a fair whack!

We pre-book the standard airport parking. It's a reasonable cost, & there's a frequent bus transfer service to the terminal .
Could you just drive to somewhere like a Premier Inn? I'm sure I've seen some near the motorway.
