Which destination matches this description? Historic, genteel, chic

Ok I hate the word chic but never mind!

We like old Choras in Greece and we like the historic part of Antigua. Where else will we like?

How long for? Split in Croatia is well worth a visit (better than Dubrovnik IMO) beautiful historic old town. Also close by is Trogir, not as big but still worth a visit if you were there for more then a couple of days.

Not Puerto Pollensa, though. The small city about 5km inland. It’s gorgeous.
