Looking to book a holiday going a few days before the May half term to make it a bit cheaper. We're looking at 1 week all inclusive to Cyprus x2 adults and a 4 year old and 5 year old. It's coming up at around £4000. Seems a lot for 1 week, so just curious to see what everyone else is paying please?

We are going on dates falling over the week after to make it cheaper - £1200 half board, 2 adults 2 children going to Spain, we booked at Christmas with one free kids place and a TUI discount code

We are going to France for two weeks on Mon 29th for £3100 including 3 flights and car hire for 3.

yoshiblue · 10/04/2023 13:07

Sorry should have said that is SC.

Can you not go a bit earlier...the savings are huge, we are going to Olu deniz, 4 * half board, 9 nights for £470 each, leave here on 16th may.

Marchforward · 10/04/2023 13:14

Last week in May is half term so it will be a lot more expensive. It will be much cheaper if you can go a week later.

No1HolidayPlanner · 10/04/2023 13:31

Play around with dates a bit.

If you go on the Tuesday (30th) to Tuesday then there are AI holidays with TUI to Cyprus for 2.5K.

😊

Our Kos all inclusive was £4500 for the package for a family of 4 last year, 5* resort though. You've probably left it too late for a good price, the whole "last minute deal" thing doesn't work well in the holidays I find as the demand is just too high.

thesurreymum · 10/04/2023 21:56

Thank you everyone. We've booked turkey 1 week beginning of June, DC will miss 4 days of school. 5* AI comes at £3400

I’ve just come on to say we booked Turkey 5* AI for 2A 2C for the half term week Sat-Sat flights as I work in a school. We paid £3100 but booked it almost 12 months ago. The same holiday is coming up £4550 to book now.
