Baltic countries: weather and what to wear

I'm going to all three Baltic countries for two weeks in July, from the 7th. Has anyone been and what is the temperature like? In very warm weather I tend to wear long but loose dresses, with sleeves as I don't like burning or using sun cream. And sandals or light trainers. Will I be OK like this in the Baltics? Or should I wear leggings under dresses and a cardigan over? Or is it much cooler than that ie are we talking trousers and light jumpers? I tend to run a little cool and am often the first person to get chilly and need an extra layer.
TIA.

We have relatives in the Baltics so go regularly over summer. Short answer: it depends! We had two weeks of sun and 25-30 degrees one year and the next year rain and 10 degrees. I would say the usual is temperatures around 20 degrees, so long trousers and jumpers and a rain jacket and shoes are more likely what you need rather than light summer dresses and sandals. I would check the forecast the week before leaving (yr.no is a good weather site). And definitely also throw in a dress, you never now ;)

Thank you, that's very helpful. I was definitely in danger of skipping off with my summer floaty things and freezing!
