Hi, we're finishing a family interrailing holiday with a stay in Istanbul this summer. We'll have 1 night in Istanbul to pick up a car and then head down to stay near Ephesus for a few days, coming back to Istanbul for another 3 nights before flying home. I'm completely overwhelmed with hotel options, and would love some recommendations. As it will be the end of the holiday, I'd like somewhere (relatively) luxurious, but not horrifically expensive. Recommendations of areas to stay also very gratefully received. Is a pool a feasible option? It will be July, so thinking somewhere to cool off would be very welcome! Thanks so much!
