Crete - All Inclusive Best resorts?

Any suggestions welcome! I like the look of Nana Golden Beach, Stella Aqua and Mitsis Laguna.

Looking for tennis, busy atmosphere, maybe a spa, good service etc.

I've been to the Stella Palace. The food is great, but it feels like being in the Truman show. Piped music all day long until the evening, lots of people who never seem to leave, just drink all day long. If you want the beach you need a car as the beach nearby is horrible. I wouldn't go back. If you want A1 and don't want to leave the hotel I suppose it's a good choice, but not if you actually want some sort of authentic experience.

I'm talking about the adult only hotel not the one next door.

It’s sandy with space at the front where children can play and build sandcastles. It has a lot of loungers with straw parasols. It’s quite attractive with boats that can be seen but doesn’t feel that big and has a fairly busy vibe. I liked it though but depends what you are looking for

Domes of Elounda has a tennis court. Domes Zeen Chania is even nicer.

Lyttos mare is much nicer than Stella palace, better food, drinks and beach! I wouldn't return to Stella but returning to Lyttos Mare. Similar area but the beach is much nicer.

Mitsis Laguna is great because if the a la cartes (I only ate in the buffet for one lunch) but it’s not good if you are a beach person.

There is a good water park at the sister hotel right next door (Lyttos Beach), not as big as Stella Water Park but I prefer it. I'm not sure about what's available for teens as we went with children 8 and under but there is the sister hotel Lyttos Beach next door which appeared to have lots on for kids of all ages. You can use all their facilities too.
