speakingg to expedia

I am trying to sort out a holiday through Expedia. In the past I have spoken to an agent and told him what I wante ann he booked iit for me. I do not have a phone nuber. The only number I found on google was a virtual voice and I want a live chat with someone on the phone.

Does anyone have a numbe? I used to speak to someone who was an expedia employee who looked up what I wanted etc.

Honestly - don’t do it!!!!!!!!!!!

I booked some BA flights with them that got cancelled in covid. It took me days to get through to them. There is only one number to call and you’ll be waiting 45 mins to an hour just to speak to someone. Then there are no notes on their system regarding previous conversations, they will put you on hold for 20 minutes and then cut you off.

It was only when I started legal action that they actually responded. They were actually acting fraudulently. Google it - there are plenty of horror stories online.

There’s a reason they are so much cheaper than elsewhere!!!!

I'd agree don't do it. I screwed up the name and it was so stressful trying to sort it out. I kept being on hold for hours and then getting cut off, this was back in 2014. Not worth any savings if something goes wrong

I concur the two comments above me. I booked flights with Cathay Pacific and the return leg was cancelled. I flew with Lufthansa home which I didn’t want as they have a worse product than Cathay. Their customer service kept fobbing me off and in the end, nothing could be done!

Lesson learned - DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS WITH EXPEDIA!

I booked through a travel aggent in th nd because it is safer and you cannot gget scanned. The last straw was when someone from bookingg.com gave me a price which did not include luggage in the hold. I saidd how much extra is it and they said we have no idea contact the airline. I saidddd do you seriously think I am payingg for a flight without knowing how much extra it is for baggage in the hold. It was thn that I booke though a travel agent andn got the price of th flight which include 20k weight of luggage in th hold. So oftn expedia give you flight costs which only include hand luggage. Ive used expeddia in the past but would not touh thee again
