Booked a holiday to turkey, in 3 days...

And now I'm panicking....
I've never been before but after illness, work pressure etc I booked it last night on a whim, seduced by the 20 degree temperature and the very low price...
It's a newish hotel called the nirvana cosmopolitan in antalya. Seems to have brilliant reviews.

So if anybody has any wise words or experience of turkey/the area please send them my way. We have never done a package holiday like this, we usually just book flights and accommodation independently so I'm not sure what to expect!

We have gone twice to turkey on package holidays. Interestingly the only place we have gone twice to same place. We have also gone on many other package holidays

if you choose a reputable travel company and choose a reasonable priced and started package, read the description, then you’ll be fine. I would add trip advisor is great for getting balanced review too. Not sure how new your resort is, but if look there too. Often you’ll get some idea how things work there too. Ie, needing to book into the restaurant before arriving etc.

Love Antalya, and the Turkish people are lovely. They have some of the best hotels in the world.

Just a word of caution though, Antalya airport is a little bit hectic and can be over-crowded.
