What week do the summer holiday prices rocket?

Is it just as the kids break up, around 20th of July?
Or the start of July?

Trying to work out if a late June / early July holiday would work this year!

largely yes In the south of England but Scottish school break up end of June. Alternatively fly from Scotland end of august when they have gone back . I’m in north east so between both.
