Wonder if I’m looking for the impossible .
Ideally don’t want to hire a car .Have 2 teens .They love a big hotel with pool and other activities but not sure this exists in this area?
Plan to visit a few places on the train . Thanks for any help

They don't really do big, resort style hotels (e.g. like in Spain or Greece) on the Riviera in my experience. It's mostly about beach clubs and food. And hellishly expensive in the summer. We've stayed in various places all along that coast but normally rent an apartment. https://www.residenceoliveto.it/en/home has the pool and is doable without a car. The venetian Riviera probably has more activities for teens. One of the huge campsites such as Portofelice or Union Lido will have beach/pools and activities and possible to get the bus/boat to Venice. Lido di Jesolo or Rimini?
