Priority Card Disneyland Paris

Has anyone applied for one of these? DD (10) would love to go to Disney but will find it overwhelming. I can see that kids with ASD can get a priority card to try and mitigate some of the issues.

We don't claim PIP or DLA for her, so I'm not sure what evidence we can provide?!

For the U.K. they need dla/pip as you have ti show them at the desk to get the card

DLA/PIP isn’t essential. They accept some other types evidence e.g. access card or blue badge. If you look on the website it gives you a list of what they accept for each country.

Check out the FB page Disneyland paris-special needs or disabilities.
DC has ASC & we don't claim DLA or have a blue badge so we use the access card when we go. It's an absolute life saver. We wouldn't have been able to get anything done without the pass!

Thanks @FloatingBean and @Inmyownlittlecorner. Just looking into the access card and it seems you need DLA to get one?? Catch 22!

We got an access card for our ASD son recently, all we did is explain why we needed one on the online application and uploaded the Dr's diagnosis letter. We don't claim PIP or DLA and it got approved. Hope that helps! x

You don’t need DLA for an access card, other evidence is accepted - see here.

@BearKey that's very helpful! Thank you! Shall look into this today.

What other things have people found access cards useful for?
