Passport interview appointments

Hi all. Had an email to book a passport interview so phoned and was told there’s no appointment available?😳Like what?😕 anyone else has this?

I had this last year during all the passport renewal drama. I read a Facebook group to find out when the appointments are released (which I think was 7am Mondays but check because I can’t remember for sure) and made sure I was logged on immediately to get one as soon as they were released.
