DH is working out in LA in April, I'm thinking of flying out with my mother and 2 kids under 3.5 to spend some time in California. Prob spend a week or so with friends in San Diego and then fly up to San Fran. We went there pre-kids and stayed in the Argonaut hotel in Fisherman's wharf. This was fab but the rooms would be too small for us with 2 kids now. Would also like my mum in an ajoining room if poss. Anyone know of anywhere fairly central that has ok sized room etc. or are there any of these suite hotels that are fairly cheap elsewhere in the US. They have a separate living area and bedroom + kitchenette. Suspect we would have to stay further out for that. Anyway, any help would be much appreciated.
