Lisbon coast - Where?

Hi there, any advice or recs welcome. I've booked flights to Lisbon in August and I'm looking to stay in a nice beach in the Lisbon coast. We've Ben to the Algarve and I though it would be a good idea to explore a bit of the Lisbon coast this time as I don't know it much (I've been to Cascais 20 years ago just for a day trip).

I'm in between Ericeira and Sesimbra and I understand they're very different "vibes".

Following and bumping. Would be interested in doing a ‘triple break’ of Porto, Lisbon and a beach stay in between.

We did Portugal last summer - triple centre as mentioned. Only spent a little time in Ericeira as part of stay in Lisbon - my tip would be to travel by coach in between rather than train. Quicker and cheaper.

Haute Estoril is lovely and is beach side on the long walkway to Cascais, which is also lovely.
