Holiday with 2 teens what would you pick?

We are 2 adults and 2 teens age 17 & 14

We are lucky to be able to get away over Easter for a well needed sunny break. I've booked 2 hotels but need to cancel 1 next week, wondering if you have teens what would be your preference;

5 star hotel - 1 family room with sliding door partition, big gap above partition so not private

4 star hotel - 2 rooms

5 star hotel bit more expensive and luxurious but reviews for both hotels are even.

Teens stayed in their own room last holiday so no worries there.

Wondering, which room would you choose?

keep the 2 rooms couldn’t stand the lack of space or privacy with one room
