Center Parcs style holidays near an airport

I'm looking for a Center Parcs style holiday we can fly to.

I looked on the European CP website, but most are sold out around the dates we need for a large lodge near an airport, so wondered if anyone had any other suggestions of resorts similar to CP? Thanks ☺️

Have a look on little clogs holidays - lots of ideas

I came on to say Lalandia Billund too.

Third vote for lalandia billund. Right next to legoland and near the Lego house. The swimming pool is like centerparcs on steroids!
request when booking a house near the Center as some of them are quite far from the Center. A taxi will take you right to your house door when you arrive. Only 10 minutes from the airport.

There is also a very regular bus from Billund airport to Lalandia.

Another vote for Lalandia Billund. It's so close I usually walked from the pool to the airport (I wasn't on holiday, I used to go semi regularly for work and if I had a few hours to kill, I'd go in the pool complex. As well as the slides/wave pool, there's some nice spa facilities).

Thanks all I will take a look!

If you don’t mind hot weather there are some nice looking caravan parks in the woods near Madrid airport with airport shuttle. El Escorial looks nice with lodges that are much cheaper then centre parks.

I came on to sat Lalandia Billund, but it turns out everyone’s beaten me to it!

We had a fab holiday at Marina di Venezia. You can fly to venice and in the peak months a bus runs down the coast to all the campsites (there are a good few). This one was huge, lots of pools. Kids clubs direct access to the beach. My husband still talks about the amazing mojitos. You can also go to the port and do a day trip across to Venice.

Dunirell as well in Holland is accessible with public transport. With both of them you get better accommodation if you book direct.

@sthitch Hi I know this is 2 years old but I was wondering where you ended up going? Billund looks fab but I would need 2 flights

I have been trawling the internet, I want a sort of CP place, near an airport with flights from Dublin or Belfast, and will still have most things running in mid sept.

We almost did, but in the end we went to the Ireland CP, so we ended up getting the ferry over. We looked at flying but it was 1.5hrs away from the airport- the taxis from there weren't too badly priced if you consider this, but we ended up driving the whole way. The one in Ireland was really lovely!

I just realised you're in Ireland already (I was doing two different things whilst replying!!) Have you looked at the Irish one?

We only live about an hours drive from it and tend to go once a year. It is lovely isn't it. You were right to drive over, a taxi from Dublin Airport would have cost a fortune!! We have driven to Scotland and English midlands for short holidays before it's not a bad drive. But I fancy a bit of sun.

Thanks for replying to me :)
