Hi just wondering if anyone could recommend the best campsite in France or Spain or Croatia that would suit both an 18 year old and an 11 year old please? Kind of bamboozled looking at them all online. Only want to go for 6 nights max. Thanks 😊

What do you want on/from a site? Beaches, town, spa, waterslides, teens club?

Things to do together and relax or is the 18 year old looking for people to hang out with and a night life?

Thanks for replies. never been to a campsite abroad before.
I suppose somewhere near a town would be great but it’s not a necessity as we’ll only be staying for less than a week.
definitely things to do together like trips or going to shows in the evening or even to watch matches in bar or restaurant is a must as well as some relaxation for myself!
18 year old probably won’t be interested in too much of a night life as she’s quiet enough but I still want somewhere that will make her happy so I don’t have to be watching her missing her friends all week 😊the 11 year old is very easily pleased and will be happy with anything really

I took my lot to Pula a few years ago, they must have been aged 7 to 12 ish. The Arena campsite was great, lots of swimming and snorkeling and opportunities to hire kayaks and visit caves etc. Easy to catch the local bus (excellent service) to town with lots of see. The gladiator show in the evening is great fun. Easy to get to other parts of Croatia on the bus too.

In France the Huttopia campsites are good. We've stayed at a few and worth a good look to see what you prefer. You've got places close to towns, beach, rivers etc. We did Beaulieu last summer and my older teen was kept happy with swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking on the river. Not a place for shows though.

La Carabasse (Siblu) had a lot of activities going on.

La Serignan Plage is my favourite. And I think my dc would agree!

Great suggestions I’ll have a look at all of them. Thanks very much x

Tent camping or mobile? Will you drive or fly?

mobile @cocksstrideintheevening and we will definitely fly
