Barcelona hotels

Can anyone recommend a nice hotel that would suit 2 adults and a 9YO?

We're flying over for a weekend break in the holidays and just want to pick something cool, near nice (but chill) restaurants and possibly a couple of museums / attractions

Also need to find a way from airport to hotel.

Thank you 😊

Hi. I've just had a look on Booking.Com and found the Duquesa Suites. It is near the seafront and has a pool. Not far from Las Ramblas and Ciutadella Park.

The room has a double bed and sofa bed with a kitchenette for snacks.

There is a bus from the airport to the centre.

For travel look up the Barcelona travel card- there is excellent public transport in Barcelona including from the airport to the city. We go quite often and always get the tube from the airport

We have stayed at Hotel Europark a couple of times. About 15 mins walk to Las Ramblas and 10 mins to La Sagrada.
You can get a bus from the airport to the main square but if there are 3 of you it may be easier to get a taxi. They are regulated and normally cost about 30 euros to the hotels.
If you want to visit anything in particular look into booking in advance as it is often cheaper and saves the queues. The hop on hop off buses are worth doing to get a good look.
