well Ive been searching now for months and cant find anything decent for under £1,000. * Me, Hubby and 3 yr old....

Just a suggestion, how about Cornwall, weather should be good and if you can drive then you will be able to get a lovely cottage with an outdoor pool for a lot less than £1000.
