Anyone been to Santander - what’s the best things to do there ,?

We have a weekend away booked to Santander
i booked it because the flights were only £20 ! now wondering what we are going to do there?!
Many restaurant recommendations appreciated too !

I went to Santander in 2018. Only for a day trip from Bilbao… tbf I found it underwhelming. There was pretty architecture around the city and the beach was good.

It’s a perfect base for Bilbao, San Sebastián and the Basque Country so I’d look at visiting them as well
