Stuck for holiday ideas for kids, 20 months DS, 8y DD and 10y DD

Hi ladies, I'm stuck for inspiration for a holiday this year and was hoping to tap into the MN hive mind! I've been pretty grounded for 3 years because of covid and then an early premature baby (who is now doing brilliantly) - so I feel I want an adventure with the big ones but also have a wee one in tow. Open to long haul up to 12 hours but not keen on too much of a time difference (max 5h). Thought were Caribbean (is Jul/Aug a good time of year?), Central America, Canada, Norway / Sweden fjords. But anything really! So open to tips! xxx

Would you consider a cruise? You can see loads on different places but don’t have to keep packing and unpacking. You don’t have to worry about logistics and everything you could possibly need is provided for you. You can organise your own adventures at each port you stop at, or decide to do one of the cruise ship’s excursions.
