We were considering going tomorrow but I have just looked at the website and some of the activities look a bit old for a 4 and 6 yo. Has anybody been?

Yes it's brilliant! A 4 and 6 year old will love it. Take spare clothes and shoes -they'll get very muddy!

Are there a good mix of activies? The ones of the website seemed more suited to say 8+. They are girls and a little timid sometimes.

They will be fine if they like running about. There are activities there for older children and some of them will be full of kids rolling over each other which looks a bit when you first see it but just keep them off them. The trail itself is around a field with lots of different bridges and ropes going all around the outside.

I havnt as have a lazy 5 yr old, but friends who have been with their more active kids have had thoroughly good time. Suppose it depends on how active your 2 are.
