Does such a place exist?

Hi, hoping someone can help as I feel I have exhausted the internet and keep going round in circles. I'm hoping to go on holiday at the end of May (2 adults, 2 kids) to one of the Greek islands. Ideally I'm looking for an amazing pool area complete with a couple of water slides to keep the kids happy but on a b&b or self catering basis, and within a 20 minute or so walk to the local town - oh and near a beach. Everywhere that seems to fit the bill is all inclusive which is not my cup of tea. Anyone any recommendations? Although Greece preferred happy to consider elsewhere. Have looked at eurocamp but none of the venues with suitable criteria fit with local flight routes/timetables for May. Any help would be much appreciated Flowers

Not sure about Greece but there are definitely some in Menorca that would have everything you are looking for.

We use an independent travel agent now to book our holiday's. There are quite a few around that specialise in family holidays and know all the best accommodation from years of experience.

We send her our requirements, budget and she comes back with 2-3 options. In our third year of doing it this way and it's so much easier!

All inclusive so not b&b or s/c but highly recommend Porto Bello beach hotel in Kos. Fab hotel on the beach, has brilliant water park attached and the food and drinks are very good quality with a few a la carte restaurants onsite. Easy get out and about as well.
Or have you looked at Pefkos in Rhodes, loads of fab hotels great for families. Brilliant location to go out to different restaurants etc. Beautiful sandy beach 2 min walk. Loads of bars set up for kids. Look at the Matina hotel.

Thanks for the suggestions so far. Will definitely explore. Budget is flexible - happy to pay the price for the perfect holiday.

Budget is flexible but with what parameters? Because there’s some incredible places but you won’t get change from £15k

Siblu - La Carabasse ticks all those boxes - if you can get flights nearby. It's also doable by train.

Hi OP we went to Greece last year and stayed at Aqua Bay Hotel but I believe there are apartments in the complex too.
It is a short walk from the beach and unlimited access to the water park.
We went in May as dd wasn't in school yet and it was fabulous! Only thing was there was no kids club , I think because it was off season.
I'd love to go back.
