February Half Term - City Break

Thinking about a city break next February half term with 3 DDs (11-15). We've done a lot of the UK so most likely Europe. Ideas so far are Paris, Barcelona, Rome - they appreciate "doing activities" more than walking/looking at the sights so would like some fun stuff to do. Looking for ideas and suggestions to keep them entertained. TIA.

Rome is mostly walking/looking at sights. My dc really enjoyed Amsterdam. We did:
Diamond factory tour
Nxt museum
Amaze
Amsterdam Lookout
Tea at the smallest house
Canal cruise
Anne Frank
This is Holland
Moco museum

Friends just did Rome and other did Paris. The one in Rome said their feet hurt and the weather was warmer than here.
I think both are good but I would say more sightseeing.

Amsterdam - can be cold. I would go more for a May holiday than February.

What about Barcelona?
