Morocco in July / August

[Eightytwenty]

For the first time we can fly direct to Marrakesh. Know it will be super hot but thought it worth spending a couple of days there, followed by a few nights in the desert and then 8 days in Essaouira. Would take teens (12-18).

Any recommendations for places to stay / do/ see?

Also any thoughts on Fez

I thought the Bahía Palace was wonderful. I went mid May and we had 36C that day. I did find it far too hot so couldn't do as much as I would have liked. I can't imagine going in August. I would collapse
