Shoe recommendations please

We're off to Thailand in July, Khao Lak if that helps. It'll be a mixture of activities and days at the beach. I'm worried about footwear, I need something cool, comfortable but sturdy/protective.

How about something from Moshulu? I've always found them well made and comfortable, and the prices are not bad at the moment. I'd recommend two pairs of footwear to alternate and it helps if one pair gets wet/sandy/both wet and sandy, you've got another pair to use while the others dry out.

Thanks everyone, we'll definitely be taking aqua shoes. I have a pair of moshulu already and they are brilliantly comfortable, will check their range. I haven't heard of Keen, will check them out.

As in cost? They are worth it though. Mine have done 3 summers of pretty daily wear from May - Sept.

If you Google, "keen Sandal" you should be able to find them discounted somewhere. Black's sell them. If you sign up for emails from Black's they'll bombard you with codes.

Have you been before? Am really looking forward to it also, first trip abroad post pandemic but anxious about the flights. 7 and 9yo with us 😱

We are going to Thailand as well this summer. I’m taking my Tevas. Have got Keen sandals but they are more for me to hike in in mountains so think they’ll be ott for Thailand. So I guess it depends on what activities you will be doing?

I also like Tevas and have taken them on several trips to Thailand. If doing any significant amount of walking I would pick the ones with thicker/better soles rather than the original model though. I admit they are not really stylish either but I prefer the look over Keen and some of the other sports sandals and they are also easy to clean.
