Dubai too hot early September?

I have noticed that there are some good deals for early September. I know it will be very hot but has anyone been at this time of year and found it really inmanageable?

Been at few times at Easter...and its hit 40 and been just about ok.

If you go to Tripadvisor /Dubai forum ...and search "August" it gives you quite a few good threads about going during peak temperatures.

ie : "Essentially: you’ll need to adapt your schedule (pool early, nap, mall, late pm pool, late dinner type of thing). Beach is probably too hot, sea is like a hot bath."

We were there at the end of August for a 1 night stop over. I have never experienced heat like it, definitely would not have fancied it for an outdoors holiday.
