Inspiration for Holiday

Hello! My DH and I are going away for 7 days in April. We've got our child care organised and time off booked.

Now we're looking at destinations.

Our requirements are:
Budget isn't a huge issue. We'd comfortably spend £6000/£7000 - less is possible.

Entry must be allowed for unvaccinated individuals.

I don't want too much heat, DH wants warm, basically not raining or gloomy.

Ideally, not too long a flight. Perhaps 6/7 hours.

Doesn't matter which airport we fly from.

We primarily want relaxation with the option for adventure should we want it.
Perhaps something spa type?

Great food accessible easily.

Ideally, couple orientated, we're leaving our children at home, so we don't really want to be around other peoples. But this isn't a deal breaker.

Sorry, I know that's not a lot of definitive information, but the more I Google the more I have no idea about where we can go.

Please help MN!

Sorry, typo. Regarding budget, we'd naturally spend less if possible.

Turkey is a really pleasant temperature at that time of year. You could easily get a swim up room within your budget www.thetimes.co.uk/travel/destinations/europe/turkey/best-hotels-with-swim-up-rooms-in-turkey

Ooh didn't think of this. Thank you, I'll do some reading. My DH loves Turkey, I've never been though.

I've heard mixed feedback regarding female travellers and some of the male population there.

Sicily should be perfect weather wise for you both in April. Example of luxury spa destination below. Watch the second white Lotus series to get inspired. It's a stunning island for scenery. Coastline, culture. Food and wine.
