We're spending a long weekend in Warsaw as part of a longer trip round Europe this summer and wondered what activities would be good to do with our DS11 and DD14. They're reasonably interested in history. They also like sporty activities. Anyone have any recommendations?

The Zoo is very cheap and excellent.
We hired bikes and cycled some of the parks

There’s an observation deck with amazing views in the bell tower of St Anne’s church, and another at the Palace of Culture and Science
The Planetarium at the science centre has a really good show. Actually, the whole science museum is really good. My dc especially loved the robotic theatre and high voltage theatre.
The Multimedia Fountain Park is well worth visiting after dark.
The Uprising Museum is good for any history lover.
There is always a lot of activity around Castle Square and often street performers day. There are also market stalls in the Old Town area.
There’s a rope course in Bielany Park.

Thanks so much for these ideas - they're great.
