Seville early July. Too hot??

DD doing GCSEs so hoping to take advantage of an early finish and go away 1st week of July. Is Seville just too hot ? I'm not built for intense heat! Thinking 4/5 nights in Seville then maybe Cadiz and the beach? Hotel with a pool an option. Flights v cheap. Probably 10/12 days in total.
For context, we're pottering, history liking, book reading, foodie (me) types. Both love swimming in the sea. Want to travel between places by train.
Cordoba & Granada also look great.
Any thoughts or recommendations most welcome, Thanks

I have family in Cordoba. You would be mad to visit inland Andalusia in July. The coast is hot enough (somewhere in the mid 30s°c). 48°c is not pleasant in any city

I'm contemplating Seville with dc 9 & 11 the first couple of days in November.. How would the weather be then?

I’ve been quite a few times in late October and it’s been lovely. Up to 20/25 during the day (30 one year but that was unusual) and sunny but colder at night
