Disneyland Paris after Eurostar stops direct

We are looking to take the kids to Disney Paris in June. The planned return day is 6th and Eurostar seems to stop going directly there on 5th. The Disney website doesn't seem to let us book with transport. What are our options here? Can we only book through Disney for the hotel and have to book eurostar and onward train separately? Or is there going to be a book through option going onto the website? Not been away since before covid and I seem to have forgotten how!

Don't book Eurostar with Disney - book direct with Eurostar. You'll change at Lille but it's easy - you can still search for trains to Disneyland Paris and book the whole lot through Eurostar; no need for two separate train bookings. Just make sure that you choose a train that changes at Lille, not at Lille Flanders.
