A lovely place for four adults in Bergamo?

Just that really- I’ve been tasked with finding a lovely place in Bergamo for me, my parents and my brother to stay for a few nights in late summer / early autumn, as a surprise trip for my mum.
Any suggestions gratefully received, it’s a fun job but I’ve never been so would appreciate advice!

I think there are hotels in the high and low part of town so maybe choose an area? We stayed in the lower bit, we went up to the alta citta using the funicular once and walked once.

We took a further funicular to an even higher bit for sunset and it was amazing.
