5 nights in March suggestions

Special anniversary few nights away without DC. Originally thought Canaries, but now worried that if we're unlucky with the weather, then there will be nothing to do. So now think we need somewhere a bit more cultural. Nice, sunny weather is preferable, but given the time of year we'd settle for pleasantly mild. I would love some suggestions for pleasant sunny weather in March, interesting town/city, somewhere unique and a bit different that we're unlikely to have been to or thought of so not the major European cities

Malaga - there are a few good museums like the Picasso museum and Louvre, plus the Alcazaba. Also lots of day trips by train such as Seville, Ronda and the Caminito del Rey. You can take a coach trip to Nerja caves.
