Summer Holidays Abroad as Single Parent with Twins

Hello,
I am a single mum of twins age 6 (girls) and I would like to take them somewhere hot, beach, water park and kids club. Preferably all-inclusive (so I get to relax too) I am looking for some ideas of places where people have already been and know to be good value, safe and fun.

Do you have a budget?

We really liked the Mitsis Faliraki beach hotel on Rhodes. On a gorgeous Sandy beach at the end of the resort with a bus stop outside hotel so you can get to Rhodes town and Lindos easily. Can walk into resort.
Not a water park but has slides which is probably better at this age as a water park can get very busy and at that age you'd be constantly queuing with them!
Food was great in the a L's carte (no extra charge but need to book) restaurants. Sometime dd and I would eat in an a la carte then go to buffet with DS who preferred that! Meant both DC were happy!
