March travel with kids

Hiya, we’re looking to travel end of March for approximately 7-10 days with 3 small children 1-6.
we’re looking for somewhere warm & no more than 4hr flight.
recommendations will be appreciated

At the end of March, Morocco will be on the same time as us. They’re currently an hour ahead but will put their clocks back for Ramadan on 19th March. You can just keep nap times and bedtimes in exactly the same routine.
EasyJet flies direct to Agadir from Gatwick, and there are several good family hotels in Agadir such as Robinson Agadir and Riu Tikida Dunas.

Canary Islands would be lovely and are also in the time zone
