Ikos style resort but with self catering option

Does this exist?
We like Ikos but would like to have option of self catering some days. In Europe.
Anyone know of luxury resort that offers this standard of accommodation plus kids club, spa etc

as PP have said algarve has stuff like this, extensive research by me has proven it’s hard to find elsewhere

Monte Santo in Carvoeiro, Algarve, was like this. But some of the apartments are privately owned/let out. Anyway they’re of a very high standard.

Following as we’d love the same. Portugal doesn’t appeal due to the sea temperatures so a big no for us.
