Has anyone been that can tell me a bit more about it?

From what I can tell it's just a beach with two large hotels.

Is the beach as lovely as it looks? Is there anything else around nearby? Is it a nice place as in family friendly and not rowdy?

We went as a day trip; we based ourselves somewhere else in Mayorca and and drove to different places everyday to explore de area.

The beach and water was beautiful the day we went; I seems to remember it got deep quickly. I think depending on the wind and seaweed it can look different but on a calm/still day it is stunning. I wouldn’t based myself there though.
